Neutral partys

Luthien Belaviere - A neutral witch, that acts as Link between Leneor and the underground Network of neutral factions of the war. She is known to posess a little healing magic, and has B-level skill in fighting. Her main element is fire, which she rarely uses to harm others, but to scare away enemies or heal others.



Volke - Volke is an Acquaintance of Leneor during his time at the Network. He is an Assassin, and only seems to care for money, as he requests payment for each and everything you ask of him, even if its about answering a pointless question. While he only seems to care about staggering money, he cannot be convinced to abort his mission due to a higher offer.
His skills at assassination are equal to none, since he cannot be traced by normal means, he is silent, unseen and not even tracing him via magic is possible, as he seems to nullify any magic (he himself doesnt even have Mana). He uses an odd technique that allows him to disappear into darkness and reappear at another place. His
weaponarsenal consists of countless daggers, allowing him to kill any kind of target.


Seraph Areos
He is an Alchemist, A true genius at it to be exact, he has found several formulars of whom a few can even strengthen the body or improve the mana capabilities. He is able to mix together even the rarest of potions and elixiers, however, he is terribly lazy and quite an airhead. He took care of Leneor and practically adopted him, even giving his second name to the boy, teaching him at least a few social skills. He also taught Leneor a lot about herbs and plants.
He treats everybody the same, and allways acts extremely friendly, however, it is said that he is actually an extremely dangerous enemy if one tried to attack or threaten him.


Belmond de grace
A servant to the house of von Fabre, even though he does not come from dwarven bloodline he is jokingly called that by Leneor due to his appearance. He is quite old and has gained a vast amount of knowledge, enabling him to lead a countrie's affairs almost by himself.
He is able to use runes to summon special effects onto targets or the entire battlefield. Most of these runes work by nullifying magic, dispelling it or restraining enemies by changing the battlefield. This works hand-in-hand with his defense techniques, enabling him to block physical attacks easily. He's only good at protecting things though, the only way for him to attack is using his two axes.

Discription: a man who can find the answer of almost any question by using a mana trance, location unkown all but a few of these people have been killed by witches and WH for they feared they might relay information to the enemy. from the entire tribe only a handfull remain wandering the world.

Patricia Polo - A friend of Sora who is a pirate king down in the south, she controls most of the sea, do not let her small and childish appearance fool you, she is a force to be reckoned with. She does act childish, arrogant, and clueless sometimes. But she is in search of a treasure she lost long ago, because she forgot to write it on a map so she doesn't remember where she put it. She is the captain of Sora's magical ship, Tartarus.

Creed - Another old friend of Sora's. The commandant for all Templars, a master in Anti-magic combat. He is a knight who rose from the ranks of poverty and soon became leader, he took away things that would harm the Templars when they were not battling witches. He seperated the Templars from the church, making them protecters for all people, not just nobles and priests. He is loyal, stubborn and doesn't think of danger that much.

Liliane - One of Sora's best friends. A member of the elfish tribe, who left her tribe, which didn't enjoy fighting, to go into random battles. She currently works as a merc under Aleksander. She is battle loving, but acts like an innocent maiden and is very manipulative. She rides on a ship pulled by an enormous flying whale named Astar.

Aleksander "Sasha" Her - Another friend of Sora. The ruler of the mercs, a man who doesn't mind taking matters into his own hands. He runs the merc city, Pecilia. He is wielder of the katana with skill that is barely beatable and can't let innocents fall into danger in front of him, even if it means running into a horde of monsters to do so.

Jawgrin - A dog that wields a blade in his mouth with the speed and skill of a ninja. He is the only dog that Sora is comfortable with. He is Aleksander's partner.

Variela Sono Welton - Sora's best friend, a priestess and former princess of the holy empire. She became the medium of the four elemental spirits. She is a clueless former noble that cares for everyone around her. She is kind, loving and always tries to make friends, even in the middle of battle. She is a skilled user of the shield and mace and a master of healing and light magic.

Jolken - A wondering merc, and one of Sora's closer friends. He was once a knight who fought in a great war and lost his life. He was later revived by a magical stone that acts as his heart. He is a lecher, hitting on women wherever he goes. However, he can act serious if need be. He serves as Sora's second punching bag. He lives around the desert, and is Sora's spy in the west.

Lyla - One of the surviving witches from Vorst's last onsluaght. She wants revenge against him yet doesn't have the heart to do so, torn apart by the will of her late sister and fondness of Vorst. She saw what he had been through and thought they were the same, livin on for the sake of revenge. She has a long history and might entangle him into this story. Tend to care other people who resembles Vorst or her sister and hates gun no matter what they're used for.

Jack the Keeper -He was one of the mortal candidate of being the next grim reaper, however since god decided on making one, he was banished from this very dimension. He longed for revenge against god until one day, the altertumlich family accidently cam across him by mistake during one of there alter dimension project. Ever since then he vowed his undying loyalty towards them yet from time to time he could become troublesome since he is the keeper of cavus and might not allow acces which could cause all kinds problems because he still love the solitude he had been living with for centuries. Besides himself there are other creatures living inside which were sealed inside until the day they return to this realm.

Black Forest - Black Forest is an order led by Wolfe and its co presidents Jean and Kira. Its an order that establishes on taking down the real Balgon Prison. It is unknown if it is associated with WH. Its base is currently unknown. It also has other goals that are currently unknown.

Wolfe - Ability to phase threw anything and make his body entirely untouchable. Also his phasing ability allows him to cross dimensions. For example teleporting. He is smart cunning and is very perceptive. He has trained his body to the quickest reactions, studied the human body and knows all of its weakest points to strike. His skill with his favorite flintlock pistol is treacherous. His eyes were also tampered with to also him to see in dark places and control dark monsters. He also uses a cane sword.

Jean - The ability to control and manipulate metal. She is a beautiful young lady who is sweet and very caring. She cares for her friends a lot and can be quite emotional sometimes. She doesn’t like to fight and doesn’t use violence unless she truly has to for the sake of her friends. Although barely seen fighting she should not be underestimated. She is extremely powerful even by white class standards.

Kira - His ability is limited energy manipulation. He uses kinetic energy around his body to enhance his physical prowess. He uses his energy manipulation to heal heavy injuries on his body. He can use his ability to launch slashes, pulses, and strikes of pure energy. He utilizes skates with his ability making him even more dangerous. He’s hot headed and brash. Constantly flowing dark blue hair cause of the endless energy pulsing threw his body. He has a very vulgar way of speech using lots of curses.

Osa - He can transform into a emotacon. A middle aged man that follows Wolfe’s orders. He was a pirate but doesn’t remember anything about his past.

Theoril - Arkrius's best informant. He provides Arkrius information on any witches in the area for him to hunt(or any information that's valuable). He also fights with a style similar to Arkrius and has quite the history with him. He is extremely loyal to Arkrius and will risk his life for Arkrius if needed. He often refers to Arkrius as "boss". Theoril knows of Arkrius's real name and his actions and activities underneath the queen. He is ranked #10 of the queen's assassin's. He uses arcane mana guns as well, crafted from himself and with Arkrius's help.

Valfus - A high ranking officer within the ranks of WH. He's Arkrius' superior and friend that Arkrius often reports back to. He is the only one that Arkrius will fully obey within the Witch Hunters. Valfus is the only one that knows that Arkrius is actually Valfred Barras Atherton and keeps him safe from the search parties after him during his activities. He also submits information back to the higher ranked officers that Arkrius provides (if he does). He is also in the same organization as Arkrius with the queen. He is ranked #3 of the queen's assassin's. He currently fights with a zweihander, however, he also fights with a katana. He uses chi and allows himself to move at fast speeds.

Jade and Meryl - Twin sisters that Arkrius encountered. They felt the need to follow and protect Arkrius when they saw a closer look at Arkrius, due to his size and how attractive they find him. They will often bicker and fight with one another to get Arkrius' attention and often try to glomp him and kiss him when the opportunity comes available (and glomp anyone else who's short). Jade has potential B Class fighting strength and Meryl has the potential to be A Class fighting strength. Meryl is able to control explosive balls of mana while Jade controls ice/ Meryl can heal minor wounds inflicted to people. Supporters not yet known.

William Remington the Third - Arkrius's financial supporter. A rather polite fellow who dresses like a butler. He manages Arkrius' equipment, funds and missions for Arkrius when he's at WH HQ. He appears to be a tad older than Arkrius. It seems like he has an other motive underneath his sleeve...

Charles Richard - Arkrius's superior while working with the Queen. He's acts like a father to Arkrius as he was the one who looked after him during the two years in Khantis. He also shows favoritism over the assassin's with missions as he supplies Arkrius with most of the assassinations.

Queen Patrica the Second - The queen of Khantis. She has a nice persona and a motherly feeling and acts like a mother around all of the assassin's. The reason why is unknown.

Dr. Vegapunk - A miracle doctor who knows everything there is about healing a person. He is a master of science and magic and knows how to create insane compounds that almost break the laws of physics. He created the Pacifier Robots based off of the lord of the Sea Bartholemew Kuma. He is very expensive to hire and almost impossible to find.

Ability/Power: Mighty Morphin' Midori! Midori has the ability to change form between 3 beings. Her human self, her green Tanuki form, and her 'phantom' form.

Age: 35
Ability/Power: Life-giver. Haruki has the affinity of electricity but he hasn't used even a quarter of his full ability in a long time, so his power in this magic has become very weak. Except for one of his spells. His 'Life-giver'. It's ability doesn't give life exactly, what this means is Haru is able to animate objects and make them move, as long as he is touching it/them. His codename is from him and his use of the chains that are connected to his sword.

Ability/Power: Foxy Fox. She is a hand-to-hand fighter, and her magic ability is worse than Ryou's. Her ability name refers to the way she is able to cleverly persuade others to do things her way.

Also known as (Alias): Natsumi G. Date
Class: B [Blue]
Biography (Personality, History, Appearance etc.): Same clothes as picture. Weapons and appearance in below pictures. She is quiet, collected and calm, unless something happens that shocks her. Natsumi is very caring and kind and extremely similar to Ryou in most aspects. She is an upfront, unflinching fighter with the spirit of a thousand samurai. She protects anything that she sees that is in harm's way.

Ability/Power: Lurker cat. Silent. Yet deadly. Her fighting style is similar to that of an assasin.

Also known as (Alias): Akane N. Murakami

Biography (Personality, History, Appearance etc.): Same clothes as picture. Weapons and appearance same as pictures below. Out of battle, she is like a cheerleader, all full of pep and whatnot. Akane is Ryou's youngest sister. When the vampires had attacked their home, little Akane had quickly fled from the house. This was long before Ryou had come home, so they hadn't had time to meet. Her story from there became very similar to her brother's. She had attempted robbery of Cortez, but failed, he took her to The Federation, etc etc.

Extra: Along with Ryou, these 5 make up the only remaining known surviving branch members of the Federation's MUGEN. Actually, they are THE only survivors of the Federation. MUGEN is an acronym of the following: Mujina (Badger), Unagi (Eel), Gitsune (Fox), Enzeru (Angel), and Neko (Cat). These code names represent each's power or ability. They shall come into my story later on, possibly after this little Holiday incident is done with.
