Collecting the Spoils

Mitsuko arrived at WH HQ and walked over to the secretary for bounty hunters. At the counter stood a woman with a stern looking face. Mitsuko pulled out a scroll out of her robes, which held Xan's soulless body, and handed it to the woman. The secretary inspected the scroll, then she looked at Mitsuko and gave her a nod of approval.

"Good work" The woman praised "No one wanted that job, it wasn't worth it to risk their necks for a job like this"

"Well he was part of another job, so I thought I might as well collect the spoils"

"Good choice"

Mitsuko gave a curt head bow and walked away from the WH Central HQ. She needed to finish her other job, one that would give her a rich reward.
