Tortuga, Island of the pirates. Near half the population was harvested by Draco's army. The island is filled with small towns and a large one as well, it has a large amount of pirates who come and go. The pirate kings come from time to time, but most of the more skilled pirates prefer to remain at sea. The island is surrounded by patrols since the invasion, the pirates have become more aware of security.
