Garuga, a run down town in the middle of the Northern Highlands, despite that the people were happy, living peaceful lives. They all lived together and helped each other, the soldiers and guards are members of the town who trained themselves. The entire town was slaughtered, save for a few lucky survivors, but they were soon to be taken away by the armies of Draco Starkiller, now the town remains in ruins, nothing left but the carnage made by the Butcher of Garuga, former WH, Kumo Raikou.
